Adding the App
Follow these steps to connect your Zoom account with SuperSales:
- Access Integrations: In SuperSales, navigate to Settings, then select Integrations.
- Connect Zoom: Locate the Zoom integration and click the Connect button.
- Authorize Zoom: You’ll be redirected to Zoom’s authorization page. Sign in to your Zoom account (if prompted) and review the requested permissions. Click Authorize to grant SuperSales access.
- Configure Preferences: After authorization, you’ll return to SuperSales. Here, you can toggle on or off options to enable meeting summaries and/or set Zoom as your default web conferencing platform for meetings.
- Set Up Meeting Agent: To use Zoom for scheduled meetings, go to Engage, then Meeting Agents. Create a New Meeting Agent and select Zoom as your preferred web conferencing platform.
Usage
Once connected, you can leverage Zoom within SuperSales for seamless meeting management:
Meeting Agents
- Prerequisite: Ensure you have completed the “Adding the App” steps, particularly step 5.
- How to Use: When creating a new Meeting Agent in SuperSales (Engage > Meeting Agents), select Zoom as the web conferencing platform. Bookers will automatically receive Zoom meeting links embedded within their invitation emails and calendar events.
Meeting Logs & Summaries
- Prerequisite: Ensure you have enabled meeting summaries during the initial setup (step 3 under “Adding the App”) and activated AI Companion during your Zoom call.
- How to Use: After a Zoom meeting where AI Companion was active and summaries were enabled, the meeting summary will be automatically imported into your SuperSales Meeting Logs.
- Accessing Details: To view all meeting details and summaries, simply navigate to Engage and select Meeting Logs. This eliminates the need to switch between Zoom and SuperSales to access your meeting information.
Removing the App
To disconnect Zoom from your SuperSales account:
- Access Integrations: In SuperSales, go to Settings, then select Integrations.
- Manage Zoom: Locate the Zoom integration and click the Manage button.
- Disconnect: On the management screen, click the Disconnect option.
- Confirm: Confirm your decision when prompted.
Potential Implications of Removal:
- You will no longer be able to schedule Zoom meetings directly through SuperSales.
- SuperSales will stop importing new meeting summaries from Zoom.
- Existing meeting logs and summaries imported prior to disconnection will remain accessible within your SuperSales CRM.
How User Data is Handled After Removal:
Upon removal, SuperSales will cease to access new meeting data from your Zoom account. Any meeting data (details, summaries) that was already imported and stored within your SuperSales CRM will remain there unless explicitly deleted from SuperSales itself.
