Shipping Policy
What We “Deliver”
- Workspace access and applicable plan features
- Seats (users) you add to your workspace
- Credits (e.g., enrichment, dialer minutes, signals, etc.) per your plan
- Add-ons (e.g., meeting intelligence, dialer, numbers, integrations)
No physical shipment, courier partners, or COD are involved.
- Mode of delivery: Digital activation to your SuperAGI workspace + email confirmation to the admin email.
- Standard fulfilment time: Instant upon successful payment authorization.
- Activation email: Sent within 5 minutes of payment success.
- Invoice: Auto-generated and available in Settings → Billing; also emailed to the billing contact.
Tracking Your Delivery (Order Status)
You can verify fulfilment at any time:
- Settings → Billing (plan status, invoices)
- Settings → Usage (credits and consumption)
- Admin → Users (seats added/active)
Geographic AvailabilitySuperAGI is delivered globally, except in restricted or sanctioned countries or where local law prohibits specific features (e.g., certain telephony capabilities). Feature availability may vary by region and carrier rules.
SpSecial Notes on Telephony & Third-Party AssetsSome add-ons (e.g., purchased phone numbers, call recording, or carrier-level features) rely on third-party providers:
- Provisioning time: Typically instant to 24 hours, depending on carrier requirements, region, and compliance (e.g., KYC).
- Pass-through fees: Numbers, minutes, and carrier fees are billed as per plan/usage and are non-refundable once provisioned/used.
- If a specific number/region is unavailable, we’ll offer alternatives or a service credit for that add-on.
- You can change seats, upgrade/downgrade plans, or cancel from Settings → Billing.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (separate document).
- No prorated refunds for partial periods unless explicitly stated in that policy.
- Email support@web.superagi.com with workspace URL and payment reference.
- We’ll investigate and respond within 1 business day.
- If the issue is on our side, we’ll complete activation or issue a credit/refund per our Refund Policy.
