Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the SuperAGI Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

• No Brand Keyword Bidding
  Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running paid ads on SuperAGI brand keywords, misspellings, or variations.

• Correct Brand Representation
  Affiliates must use approved SuperAGI messaging and assets. Misleading or incorrect claims are not allowed.

• Compliance
  Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws, platform policies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and SuperAGI’s marketing guidelines.

• Fair Use
  No spamming, cookie stuffing, or unauthorized promotions are permitted. Violations will result in termination from the program.

• Payouts
  Commission payouts are subject to verification. SuperAGI reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions from fraudulent or non-compliant activities.

• Termination
  SuperAGI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion if terms are violated.
